About Victoria
A thinking partner, mentor and coach for professionals in high-paced environments.
Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade in leading positions in corporate marketing and communications, then moved through international expat communities. Living among diplomats, local government leaders, and expat executives gave me a perspective on leadership that cannot be learned behind a desk. This perspective of leadership challenges and emotional load of it, gives me an authentic and unique approach that I use in my coaching. ICF member, Oxford Saïd Business School alumna.
